Cirrus is proud to display the world's best-selling, single engine piston aircraft, and the Cirrus Vision full-size jet mock-up at this year's Reno Air Races, September 16-20, 2009.  The Reno Air Races includes five days of real air racing by six classes of airplanes.  The Air Races are held at Reno Stead Field, about eight miles north of Reno, NV.

In addition, National Aerobatic Champion and Hall of Fame inductee, Patty Wagstaff, will perform at the event.  You won't want to miss her breath-taking aerobatic performance.  

Please note:  Cirrus Aircraft are on static display during the event, not participating in the Air Races.

Airventure is North America's single largest aviation celebration. This year Cirrus Aircraft, along with the EAA, celebrates the first 11 months progress of a 10-year, multi-million dollar comprehensive redesign and upgrade to the Airventure site. Cirrus will feature the Vision jet, TURBO, SR22, and SR20 aircraft models and their unique features including Cirrus Known Ice Protection, the X-Edition premium upgrade package and Cirrus Perspective by Garmin™ avionics. Also meet three-time US National Aerobatic Champion and Hall of Fame inductee Patty Wagstaff Tuesday through Saturday during the event from 10-11 AM at the Cirrus display.

Cirrus guests enjoyed an unique evening of conversation and camaraderie with legendary aviator and Cirrus pilot, Patty Wagstaff in Hilton Head, SC, on Thursday, May 14, 2009.

"I love to talk to people about flying, their airplanes and my love of aviation," said Patty Wagstaff.  "I meet so many pilots and aircraft owners in my travels, but seldom have the chance to have the kind of one-on-one conversations I had with Cirrus owners and pilots at the Hilton Head event."
